Hey ODG. The last few weekends have been absolutely miserable weather.
Freezing cold, raining, and howling winds. It's looks like we might be getting a break this weekend though. If so, Louie is chompin at the bit to get back out there on the "mission" trail. I am planning to teach him how to fly fish. I put new line on my fly reel, got a couple of new bass bugs, and we're ready. It should be an experience to remember. I'll do my best to document it in pictures. Good talkin to you. Rr.

Oh my!!! :o

Okay first things first.  You have to try and take video too.  You can email it to me!  ;D

Nothing against YOU Louie, ya know I love ya!  It's just that I handed a fly rod to my husband ONCE.....yes only ONCE...and I tell ya what, the male species just wants to whip it and whip it good! LOL

He did good after time (real good actually) but if I can give you any advise it would be to STAND BACK...WAY BACK! :D

Good luck to both of you and yes take lots of pictures as well.  Maybe Louie can give a full report in his words on his first experience...that would be cool. 8)
