Hey folks, please welcome a great feller --- RichieRich.
And I got a chance to see his new downloadable program that has pictures and LAT/LON's of Lake Lanier when it was about 20 feet below full pool.
Why, you ask?
Pretty simple. They're pictures of STRUCTURE which is on the bottom. At the low lake levels, he took pictures from all over the lake to show stump fields, trees, brush piles, ledges, etc. And marked them with GPS, plus the pictures show some of the shoreline and other distinguishing characteristics that are still visible ABOVE the waterline. So now you can look at his program and know what is BELOW the surface where you're fishing... and also decide where you want to fish based on the images he provides. It's downloadable from the web and a pretty dang good innovative idea. Great job Rich!
I'm thinking the website is
