Scoped out the location again while in Carrabelle last weekend.
Our host, Dan Ausley, has given us the "Boathouse" there at Pickett's Landing for our Captain's meeting and the Saturday night dinner. It's right on the water, and has a big deck, and AIR CONDITIONING inside.
I've given some thought to possibly having a 'meal' with the Captain's meeting on Friday night. Would everyone be up for a Low Country Boil, if it cost about $12 to $15 per head in addition to the $35 fees we've already set for the event. Not a mandatory thing to have happen, but it might be nice for folks who are coming in on Friday to not have to rush to find dinner and then make it over for the meeting.
