Another package of tackle goodies is headed up to Pennsylvania for this month's internet prize winner.  Henry Troutner will be receiving a Triple Threat Lure Combo - complete with WhoopAss Jigs, Project X swimbaits and ESCA Lure Light.   Plus he will be fishing in style in a new Nuts & Bolts Offshore Fishing Team long-sleeved t-shirt.
